Are customizations available?
Yes! Definitely! If you see an item you like, but wish it were a bit different, changes are possible. Send a message to email@example.com with the details of your request and I will let you know what is possible.
How will my item come packaged?
Each rosary and jewelry item comes tucked inside a decorated gift box, ready to give as a gift to yourself or someone else.
Are there any special care instructions for Holy Rocks items?
All Holy Rocks rosaries & jewelry are strong and made to last. However, if for any reason your item should ever need repair, I will repair it at no cost to you, less the price of shipping and replacement parts. To help ensure a long life for all stretch bracelets, a best practice is to roll the bracelet on and off. Refrain from exposing to extreme heat/cold or shooting the bracelet like a rubber band.
When will my order ship?
Many items at Holy Rocks are made to order, so depending on order volume, I may need a few days to complete your piece. In general, all orders will ship out within 1-3 days of purchase. If priority shipping is chosen, that order will be expedited. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times.
You should receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you did not receive a confirmation email. For a time-specific estimate or shipping update please email firstname.lastname@example.org
What carrier do you use to ship orders?
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class unless an expedited option is chosen.
Do you ship worldwide?
YES! Most countries are set up with standard & priority shipping options. If shipping to your country doesn't automatically calculate at checkout, just send a quick message to support@HolyRocksShop.com and someone will follow up with you shortly.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Amazon Pay and PayPal are accepted
Why was my credit card declined?
Most credit cards are declined because the billing address you entered does not match the address your bank has on file, incorrect cvv or wrong zip code. Please be sure to double check this info, and if that does not work, please send an email to email@example.com. You can always try using a different type of payment like paypal.
Do you accept returns?
Of course! Holy Rocks happily accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unaltered and in their original condition. Returns can be sent in for a refund or an exchange. Refund will be made for the original purchase price and does not include shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I apply a promotion code to an existing order?
Unfortunately, I cannot apply promotion codes to orders already placed. So, if you have a coupon code, be sure to enter it at the time of purchase.
