     Domestic

      • FREE economy shipping is offered on any purchase shipped to a US address.
      • Priority shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Additional cost applies.
      • All orders are shipped via USPS First Class unless an expedited option is chosen. 
      • Eco-friendly packing material is always used.

    Estimated Domestic Delivery Times (once your package has shipped)
    Free Standard Shipping: 2-5 days for most US addresses
    Priority Shipping: 2-3 days for most US addresses

    International

     • Most countries are set up with standard & priority shipping options.
     • International Shipping Rates vary depending on destination country.
     • International buyers are responsible for any customs & import taxes that may apply. 
    • I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
     • All orders are shipped via USPS First Class unless an expedited option is chosen.

    Standard Shipping: transit times will vary depending on destination, most packages shipped standard will take 1-4 weeks to arrive outside the US.
    Priority Shipping: transit times will vary depending on destination, most packages shipped standard will take 5-14 business days to arrive outside the US.

     

    RETURNS

    If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery. Refund will be made for the original purchase price and does not include shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.

    Special request custom items are not eligible for return.

    Gift cards are non-returnable.

    To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, you will get an email notification that your returned item has been processed and a credit will be submitted to your credit card or original method of payment.
    There are certain situations where only a partial refund would be granted:
    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not    due to our error
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
        Exchanges (if applicable)
        To request an item exchange, please send an email to support@HolyRocksShop.com
        To qualify for exchange your item must meet the return requirements listed above.
        Any cost difference will need to either be paid or refunded prior to the shipment of the new item.

        To return your product, please mail to Holy Rocks, PO Box 473, Decorah, Iowa 52101
        You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
        If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
